Overview
The Kaskady wellness and congress hotel in Sliac - Sielnica can be found at the foot of the Kremnica Hills, between the cities of Banská Bystrica and Zvolen and offers you a host of spa facilities. Guests can benefit from the thermal indoor and the outdoor swimming pools, relax in the saunas, and enjoy various massages, wraps and beauty treatments. The outdoor pool has sunbeds, beach chairs, and parasols. The Ayurveda Siddhalepa Spa, which is run by therapists from Sri Lanka, is furnished in the original style and offers first-class quality products from Sri Lanka. Ayurvedic dietary food is available as well. Most of the guest rooms in the Kaskady hotel have a balcony and all feature a satellite TV, a mini bar and are air-conditioned. Free internet access is offered in the rooms. Excellent traditional and dietary cuisine including pasta, lamb and venison dishes are served in the inviting restaurant. In summer you can enjoy dining on the terrace overlooking the outdoor thermal pool. Guests who love Slovak specialities or prefer grilled meat, can take advantage of the Slovak Koliba situated next to the hotel. The area is well known by those seeking the benefits of the hot springs, which also supply the thermal swimming pools of the Kaskady hotel. If you want to engage in some active leisure you can play tennis, crazy golf, beach volleyball or badminton or rent a bike. For the little ones there are baby cots, a kid´s menu, an outdoor playground, a trampoline and a kid´s club.

The wellness facilities are great, including separate sauna and relax area for adults. The location surrounded by nature was suitable for us. The hotel offers enough activities to stay busy during a weekend stay. The on-site restaurant offers high quality food.

Booked this for my parents who travel quite a lot around Slovakia and they loved the place in every aspect. My mum said it was one of the best places they stayed in Slovakia, especially when it comes to staff service.

“We enjoyed our stay at Hotel KasKady. Would recommend to anyone who wants a Spa Hotel in Slovakia!”
The main spa facilities and the staff were both excellent. Food options were good - typical buffet breakfast; an optional buffet style main evening meal, and optional bar snacks. Evening entertainment provided regularly.

“Exceptional wellness resort”
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean. The room had a balcony with a nice view. Breakfast was delicious. The wellness area was huge, lot of pools, saunas, jacuzzis. There are multiple options for eating. There was a really nice concert during the evening. The staff is exceptionally friendly, they gifted us with a surprise birthday gift. The location is very good, close to Zvolen in a nice rural setting.

The location was absolutely beautiful. The only problem was not very easy to find. Need a better sign on the road towards the hotel. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, Loved everything :)
