“Very nice apartment owned by a super host in a quite area of the city”
For the price we paid, it was a fantastic accommodation. We felt very welcome from the moment we entered the apartment. Attention to details was visible everywhere. We appreciated the drinks from the fridge, even if we used just the water and I just tasted a bit the rakija. Plenty of coffee, many other food and drinks items that were a bonus which made a difference; even a small welcome gift. Location is very quite and we had no issue to find a free parking slot just in front of the building. in case you need, there is a Lidl and Spar very close.

Apsolutno jedan od najboljih smeštaja ovog tipa u kome smo boravili! Prelep apartman, opremljen fenomenalno, lokacija sjajna, parking dostupan ispred zgrade, a o gostoprimstvu i predusretljivosti vlasnika i da ne pričam. Mali poklon, u frižideru piće I kafa su nas dočekali. Zaista smo se osećali kao kod svoje kuće. Bilo je sjajno, i definitivno imamo smeštaj u Brodu u koji ćemo se vraćati. Svaka preporuka. Hvala na svemu i vidimo se!

Excellent stay! My stay at Avenija Apartment was truly delightful and exceeded my expectations. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail that makes the experience very comfortable. The location is excellent – peaceful yet close to all essential amenities. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful with all the information I needed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and the impeccably clean kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Definitely best place to stay in Slavonski Brod. The apartment was exceptional with all kinds of commodities and we there were a lot of complementaries left for us as well. The hosts were excellent and we could do check in late at night with the code at the door.
