“Comfortable and welcoming stay”

Spacious and comfortable apartment with great BBQ facilities. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

“Amazing - feel like home.”

We enjoyed everything! A very nice and welcoming hostess met us on arrival, showed us the apartment. She brought us some lemonade and grapes + some small gifts. And she also recommended us to visit the festival held that evening in Skradin - about 5-7 min by car (an additional wonderful experience for us). The apartment itself is cosy, warm and very clean. The beds are comfotable. There is everything you need in the kitchen (sugar, tea, coffee, cutlery, crockery, etc.) and in the bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, cotton pads, hair dryer, etc.).

Very nice place to stay! The lady was very friendly and kind even if we did not speak the same language. She also offered us some fresh lemonade as a treat! 2 room apartment with a very nice bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped! Very close to Skradin. Thank you!!!

“Lovely and generous host”

The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, even waiting for us until midnight to welcome us. She took the time to show us the house and explain all the facilities, which made our stay very comfortable. The property is complemented by her lovely farm, where she produces homemade liqueurs and olive oils. We were also delighted by the fresh tomatoes she generously offered from her farm. A truly warm and memorable experience

Very nice host. They live downstairs, we had nice conversation.

The woman who met us at the property was very welcoming and kind. She showed us everything we might need. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower, and there were shampoos to suit every preference

If you are planning to visit Krka Park, I really recommend staying at Ruza' s house. It is as being at home! The host is reallly kind and generous. She had some lovely gifts for us. The place is also very quiet and beautiful and It was very clean. It has everything needed to feel confortable. We really enjoyed It.

“Lovely, and quiet place for family holiday”

Ruža's place is like home, with everything. Even hand cream. Relaxing view, quiet. We spent two nights but it is suitable for longer stay, being well located if you wish to travel around by car

The owner Rosa has everything covered ! Lovely 2 bed traditional apartment next to her home but only saw her on check in and check out. So it didn't feel intrusive at all. Pictures probably don't do the setting and facilities justice. 2 balconies suitable to sit in sun and relax at sunrise and sunset. We spent the afternoon to morning at apartment before going to national country park. So we were looking for a quiet setting and took food for meals (after 6 day road trip). Limited communication with Rosa but sufficient and appropriate. Apartment was very clean, very comfortable well equipped with coffee etc available. We stayed in 5 locations from this 55 euro a night property to a 305 euro a night 5* hotel on our trip ... this was fantastic value for money and I'd rate it as my 2nd favourite property of the week.

We had a wonderful stay! Rosa was an exceptional host—so kind and welcoming. She even surprised us with a lovely welcome treat. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Rosa was always available and very helpful throughout our stay. We will absolutely come back!

Ruza was very welcoming and friendly. We got some special welcome drink and juice. Fresh vegetables from her garden. The apartment was spacious and clean.

That is a fantastic flowers house! Stay in the mountain, only one road to be there, you cannot miss it. Very kindly host!

Very clean apartment with a lovely host. Very large bathroom with all the toiletries. Off street parking was a bonus.

Owner was extremely warm and friendly. We reached the stay very late but still owner stayed up late for us to handover the keys. Even though it is far from town area, there is a supermarket nearby and many more facilities

“Most welcoming host and exceptional value for money”

The host was extremely helpful and friendly although not fluent in English. She did her best to make us feel at home and even provided some fresh fruit. Everything was clean, spacious and more than sufficient for our group of four sisters. We enjoyed the quiet stay close to the most beautiful town of Skradin. We arrived by car and were close to the gates entering the Krka National Park
