Centrally located in the lovely ancient town of Skradin, Restaurant & rooms Visovac - best value features accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a large restaurant with terrace, and an on-site grocery shop. A local bus stop with links to Šibenik is 100 metres away. Free parking is provided. All units come with a flat-screen satellite TV, furnished balcony and a small kitchenette. Traditionally prepared meat and fish specialities are served at the restaurant, which also offers local wine. The yacht marina in Skradin has more than 400 berths. Krka National Park Information Centre is just 300 metres away. You can access the park by boat departing within 150 metres from the property. Skradinski Buk Waterfall is within 5.5 km, while the Island of Visovac is 10 km away. Swimming is possible in the cold waters of the mouth of River Krka, and a pebbly beach is within 100 metres. Popular sea beaches can be found in Šibenik and Vodice, both within 30 km.

“The best place in Skradin”
What did I like? Shorthly: everything. But in details: Marija, the owner is a very kind and helpful person. The rooms are big enough, well furnished, equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, my favourites were the turkish coffee and the cheesecake. It was incredible that after each breakfast, Marija also handed over a pack of food for us to "survive" the day, pencakes, mandarins, cookies etc. The place is pet friendly, which is a great advantage! Also, Visovac Rooms offers free parking. The rooms are just 5 mins walk from the beach, 1 min from the city center, 5 mins from the marina, 5 mins from the fort. So everithing is just a step away.

“Home away from home”
The owner of this property - Maria and her daughter Matea were so very welcoming and we felt like family coming to visit. They were extremely helpful recommending things to do and places to go. We were welcomed upon arrival with offers of food and drink and no time constraints in helping us with suggestions and maps of places to see and things to do. Breakfast was delicious and Maria prepared a little gift parcel of goodies for us to take with us when we left. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and we were provided with a jug and drinks. Would thoroughly recommend this place to stay. Exceptional!

“Relax and be positive.”
Our hostess was what made this stop really work for us, she helpful considerate and the most positive person I have met. She advised about a lovely swimming location, what to do for park entry and eating, she provided a lovely breakfast and packed lunch for our park visit and onward journey. She provided a area under shelter to park our motorbike. The room was adequate with a balcony, fridge and air con. We were able to brew up, kick back and relax. There was a supermarket in the same building which was very convenient, but not intrusive

Marija is one of the best host, I have ever met. Very positive and kind person, She does everything for the guests. We stayed only for 2 nights, but Marija packed pancakes and some fruit for the trip both days, which we found very thoughtful. She also welcomed our dog with great love, for which we are grateful. The location of the accommodation is perfect, a 5-minute walk to the port, which takes you to Skradinski buk, and there is a supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with lots of home-made and locally grown food. I can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thank you very much😊

“Simply perfect”
We had a wonderful adventure! The hostess was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. For breakfast, she offered many homemade delicacies, including her delicious homemade olive cubes-simply perfect. The location is ideal, and the room was very clean and well-kept. We were completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Thank you!
