“Fraud”
When we arrived, the hotel did not have the room we had booked and already paid for. After a long discussion, we ended up being placed in a room at a neighbouring hotel which was of noticeably lower quality and significantly cheaper than the room we had originally paid for. We were told that we would receive a 50% refund as compensation, but this never happened. Booking.com was not very helpful in resolving the issue. In the end, we paid 2,250 DKK for a room that would have cost around 1,500 DKK if we had booked it directly. In my opinion, this can be compared to stealing 750 DKK from us. We paid for one product and received something of much lower value without receiving the compensation that had been agreed. Very disappointing experience.

The rooms are a really good size and felt luxurious and were very clean - good refreshing daily too. The location was nice as we wanted to walk a bit into town and the walk was along the river.

We got business room, which was arpund 40-45 sq meters in size, with a double bed, a sofa and 2 arm chairs. They got us fridge and kettle from Smug which were really nice.
