“Everything was great”

Spacious apartment and close to the city center.

We enjoyed our time and this place. The owner is a really nice guy who showed us the place and parking spot. Told us where to go when we arrived and were hungry. This place was even better in person than we expected. It had everything we needed. From furniture to a console. Location is also very nice. It is close to everywhere.

Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment with all ammenitities that you need. Good quality sleep and quite neighborhood. Supermarket is next door and city center is 15 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and caffes near by. Host, Konstantin, was fantastic and extremely helpful, beyond the duties.

I've been staying more than once in this apartment, and always everything is great. The hosts are super nice, clean in highest level, great value for money, comfortable, just like home. Whenever there's need to stay in Skopje, and it's available, I automatically choose this place. And I will definitely continue to do that in the future.

Great apartment in walking distance from the city centre. The host is very kind and makes you feel like home both in the apartment and in Skopje. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and pretty, you have everything you need and more inside - two bathrooms, cozy living room with tv and playstation, big kitchen. The parking spot is on the private parking lot on the other side of the road and it's free. All in all - fantastic location for a visit in Skopje.

The apartment was just perfect, very spacious and have all equipments needed. For young children, you have a baby bed and chair and a nice playground behind the building. The host was very friendly and helpful

“Konstantin and his awesome sweet house!”

Konstantin welcomed us at the door. Before that, they remained in constant contact. He is a very friendly person and speaks Turkish because he studied at university in Izmir. The apartment has its own indoor parking space. There is everything in the house. Anything you can think of. There was also a surprise for us in the cupboard. He allowed us to leave the house late because the house was suitable. This was a very nice detail for us. Thank you Konstantin for your pleasant conversation and your work! lots of love.

“Great location”

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the city center, close to some Kafanas and right below the Vodno mountain. Due to that, you have the possibility to do many things in the city, without needing a lot of time for commuting. We didn't need a car of public transport at all, we visited everything just by foot. Although centrally located, it's still very quiet inside and you have a very nice view at the mountains on the north of Skopje. The owner was very nice, welcomed us in the apartment and had some drinks for us in the fridge.

Everything was perfect!

An amazing place, with a great location. Konstantin meet us at the building, pointed out the easiest way to town centre, a variety of supermarkets and restaurants. Entering the property is no issue even for disabled visitors stairs and a ramp and 3 lifts. The apartment was clean and tidy, very spacious. Bathrooms were spotless and beds were made up in two separate rooms. There was plenty of bedding in the numerous cupboards in the hall. Three areas to eat breakfast...kitchen main room or balcony....balcony was our choice.

It is very good that the house has three bedrooms and a kitchen, living room and balcony. The owner of the house gave us the key to his private parking lot and our fellow countryman graduated from university in Izmir. Having markets nearby and private parking is very good. 20 minutes walking distance from the center of Skopje. He allowed us to use all kinds of equipment in the kitchen and benefit from food and drinks.

Clean, spacious and warm apartment that looks like it’s a movie set for very popular TV show but it’s not fake it’s for real. Location is awesome. Close to city centre, malls, shops. Private parking is one of those things that needs to be appreciated but often overlooked. Owner is a geniune warm and welcoming family man with radiating smile and a gentleman. We will be coming back for sure.

The staff is so kind and helpful. I advise staying here. Parking area is so useful if you come with a car.
