Everything was perfect! We enjoyed the hotel so much we have booked to stay again next week. Food is fantastic, staff are all very friendly and polite, room is very comfortable with nice views. The hotel spa is a great place to relax. My wife and I had a massage which was one of the best we have had! Highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was perfect - the rooms are renovated and big enough, well soundproofed and comfortable. The lobby bar is amazing, the restaurant offers good variety of food (local and international). All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The amenities were great, especially the clean facilities and comfortable beds. Everything felt well-organized and welcoming from check-in to check-out. I truly felt taken care of during my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Very close to Boris Trajkovski sports Area, so good if you like to attend events there. Breakfast was good, typical ballkan choices. Clean and cozy rooms, good hall to stay in flat floor. Spa area is excellent, private and not noisy. Supportive reception. Everything was just great!

All stuff are very kind and helpfull. Make you feel like home. Room si very cosy and modern furnished. Bed is soo comfortable. Spa area very clean and relaxing. Breakfast have nice selections of food almost as every other hotel with international food.

“The hotel’s poor hygiene, uncomfortable beds, faulty facilities, cold spa water, lack of proper changing rooms, and subs”
The hygiene of the room was unsatisfactory, the beds uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness below standard. The shower cabin was malfunctioning, the pool in the spa center had cold water, and the spa center lacked a dedicated changing room; instead, guests were required to use one near the gym, which emitted an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was notably poor, with a limited selection and subpar quality. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost, and the stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing considering the price paid.
