The location is very good; walking distance to the Old Town, and a multitude of eateries and bars right next to Diamond of Skopje. The fourth floor garden is a bonus. The apartment balcony looks on to the garden, and everyone who is living or renting has access to this tranquil, green aesthetic. Very comfortable bed, washing machine and good shower. There is 24 hour security and the officers are friendly and professional.

“Ticks off all the boxes!”

Diamond If you want a cosy, stylish and well-situated accommodation, then this ticks off all the boxes. This one-bedroom modern apartment is situated in the swish Diamond complex, with a direct access to Diamond Mall and within minutes from Skopje’s main attractions. It’s well equipped (including Netflix) and decorated, exceptionally clean, very comfortable mattress; it is quiet and has 24/7 security service who are very helpful. The selling point of the property are the panoramic views over Skopje, including the cross from Mount Vodno. I fully recommend liaising with the property for airport transportation. The representatives make contact with you well in advance and give good details for pick up. We were lucky to have met Jordan, a young knowledgeable Macedonian whose professionalism to second to none. As I have returned to the country after twenty-two years, Jordan provided us an interesting overview of the changes during this period, whilst pointing out the main landmarks on the way to our accommodation. At the property, he gave us a good overview and instructions, ensuring we have a nice, comfortable stay. He is an excellent ambassador for the business.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in the Diamond building. The photos truly reflect what you get in real life — everything was just as expected. The location is fantastic: right next to a shopping center and just a short walk to great restaurants and the city center. Having access to secure parking was a big plus. One of our favorite moments was enjoying the beautiful morning view from the balcony, overlooking the peaceful surroundings and hills. Highly recommanded

Excellent view from the balcony. Very new building with the nearly located shopping malls and cafes and restaurants as well. can go for a hiking in the nearly located hill guiding you up to the Millennium cross - It took me around 1h and 20 minutes from apartment to the top of the hill - around 6km one way and ~800 height meters. Old city is within 10-15 minutes walks as well as airport shuttle bus stop.
