We had an amazing stay! The apartment was incredibly clean and everything was perfect. The host was very welcoming and kind, and even allowed us to stay until 12pm, which we really appreciated. She was truly lovely and made us feel at home. Also, her dog and cat were absolutely adorable! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

I am so very happy with our stay at ChickenCoop. The position is amazing, like right out of an National Geographic Picture. It was so peaceful and relaxing, only thing I could hear was the little stream outside our house! House itself was beautifully arranged inside, very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very spacious! I was very pleased to find coffe, oil, tea and other things useful for cooking, as I completely forgot to buy oil 🙄 . Communication with owner was flawless! Directions for check in were very clear. If you are looking for a place were to stay while driving on the ring road, look no further, this place is perfect! ❤ Can't wait to come back soon!

The location was surreal, breathtaking view. The bungalow is fully equipped, super clean, beautifullly decorated. Very cosy and comfortable. We were able to cook dinner, breakfast and prepare our take away meals for the day, we only regretted not staying longer there. Would definitely recommend it and rebook it.

Gorgeous location, easily found on satnav. Lovely place to stay, the views in the across the land in front of the building in the morning were fabulous. We loved our time here, we went and did the waterfall walk up the back of Skogafoss, if you can manage the climb up to the viewing platform, you can do the walk up past so many more wonderful views, and looking back out to the sea... a particular treasured memory of our time in Iceland.

Location was very good, quite near Skogafoss (10min drive) and Seljalandsfoss (20min drive), but it was still far from main road, which makes it very quite. Check-in and communication with the host was easy and clear. It has all the amenities for a short stay and I would definitely repeat it in a next time. :)

Nice stay on the countryside. It had enough the offer for our stay. Kitchen was complete although the electrical line of the stove had burnmarm on it. Although it was an old building it has every comfort you want from netflix to floor heating. Location is close to sever waterfalls and Vik.
