“Paper thing walls and noisy door with people coming in and out.”

It was not clear that the room we rented was with shared bathroom. When we realized the host didn’t want to cancel. The walls are very thing and our room was next to the door entrance so every time someone came in or out we will hear a heavy door slap and that can be late night and very early morning so we didn’t got much sleep. There was only lamp in one side of the bed.

I have no words for this guesthouse! We stayed there during a storm in Iceland and it truly felt like home. The owner is incredibly helpful and the apartment has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. Plus the location is perfect if you are doing the Ring Road. I highly recommend it!

Great location,5 minute walk from Skogafoss waterfall.Very clean.

This house is so close to the waterfall that you can experience it before every other tourists arrive or after they leave ! The house is like an hostel where everybody feels at home. I had a private separate room for one person that was great to sleep, but no view ! Which was not an issue: you can chill in the leaving room :) I met the owner that was super friendly and welcoming, and allowed me to stay in before check in times.

Lovely landscape just outside with close walk to the waterfall and great views through the window. Comfy beds, clean house overall. Cozy kitchen and patio outside of it for a morning tea with a view.

Kitchen was spacious and it's located very close to Skogafoss, being able to see it from the kitchen. The room was good and comfy.

Good location perfect for a roadtrip. Very straight-forward accommodation, but good kitchen facilities and the property seemed well looked-after.

Everything was great and clean. You can walk until the waterfall (and avoid paying the car Park entrance). Rooms and dining room have a great view on the waterfall

Very convenient location. Quick walk to the falls and the bus stop. View of falls from our room. Comfortable bed. Nice change from the huts we had been staying in for the past six days or so.

The bedroom was little but worth for the purpose. Kitchen with everything needed and a special view to the waterfall. The waterfall is 10 min by walking from the accommodation. Very recommended.

It was our third time staying here and every year we are just as pleased :) Obviously, the location is incredible. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need.

“Few meters from the waterfall”

Only few minutes walk from the waterfall, very organised considering the common kitchen and common bathrooms (2 for 5 rooms). Easy check in with good and timely information. Well functioning WiFi, good views.

“Superb location, but small rooms”

The location is superb. The place was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The dining area is of good size, and you could see waterfall from there.

Very clean, very easy check-in / checkout, amazing view. You can get to skogafoss when everyone's gone.
