“Lots of nice, friendly people to brighten up your stay here.”
The chef, Sergiy, kindly introduced himself to us and made some nice recommendations for us for dinner. And another very nice employee was Oksana, a housekeeper who offered us some good advice regarding the facilities. The sauna was very nice.

“Nice holiday close to the mountains”
Staff was warm and welcoming, rooms are big and beds are comfy, wi-fi worked great. There's a pool, a sauna. Kids center has a dedicated care taker and was one of the best we've ever had included into the price of a stay. Breakfast was excellent and you could buy lunch / dinner if it's not included into your rate. The order system is a bit confusing at first (because you can order additional items for your breakfast that go with always available buffet) but once you figure it out that works great! I loved everything and there's nothing to complain about really, recommended. Oh, and on top of that there are medical services and mineral water included into the price but we haven't really used those.

“very good stay, great place, I recomend”
Very good place, well situated, good breakfast, clean with pleasant friendly staff. The only issue are the elevators, often broken and many stairs, my mom (78) has some struggle with that. I liked the equipment , amenities and daily open free snacking area. Otherwise very good stay, thank you for everything.
