My booking was for Mountain View but I was pre informed that we have been moved to Katpana resort location and I appreciated it immensely what a lovely stay it was, the staff was so professional and helping. Mr Anees was available and remained a call away in case of any query highly professional manager. He kept a track of our arrival and was concerned about our comfortable stay. The room was picture perfect and exceptionally clean. The reception person haider was really good and qhen i specially requested haider to request chef for chicken soup for my wife's bad throat he got that done and the soup as well as chicken ginger was very delicious and amazing value for money. I booked for one night but extended my stay for 2 more days due to the amazing rooms. Would surely stay here again on my next visit inshaAllah.

I went there and nothing was as shown as in pictures. They show something else and give something else. My apt was booked and on spot they said they have given it to someone else

they need a new chef who knows how to cook all the items mentioned in their menu. this chef only knew how make breakfast, omelet, bread and tea. location of the place is very near to benazir chowk. where you can get a taxi very easily.

The Hotel was shut.

I loved how the staff specially, yasir sb, Raza, and Ali Raza were always trying to make me more comfortable by providing heaters and other amenities.

Beautiful design of the room I wanted to stay more but had to leave from Skardu, nice views from room and lawn areas

From rooms to overall service everything was spot on. Lokal representative was continuously in touch with us and made our stay memorable. We already planned our bookings otherwise would have extended our stay, a total value for money deal.
