Overview
Skagi Senja hotel & lodge is located in Skaland and features a garden and a terrace. Featuring a summer restaurant, the property also has a bar. Between September and June, all meals must be booked beforehand, otherwise it works as B&B. Self check-in service in low season. Guest rooms at the hotel come with a seating area and TV. Rooms are complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Cabins have two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining table, seating area and balcony. Breakfast is served each morning at the property and is included. The area is popular for hiking, cycling and fishing and photography. Activities and rentals of equipment on request.

Host is very friendly and helpsom. The cabin has everything for a comfort stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and good pillows. A little grocery store 24/7 is about 50 m from the cabin. Excellent!

Just by the basecamp to hike to Husfjellet and next to a market. Minimalistic but has all that is needed. Clean. Helpful staff!

The information of the hotel are bad. The first restaurant is 25 minutes far. No grocery open on sunday and open at 10 in the morning of monday. So it s difficult to eat. We asked to stay only one night and the answer was no refund. It didn t smell good int the entrance because the garbage was full of leftover pizza. We understand why we were alone for 2 nights. We don t recommander it

“Good "basecamp" for sightseeing by car or hiking. Supermarket is the other side of the street.”
Room was missing a table so we had to use a small chair from the corridor. Dishes were provided but used ones - brought to a collection point - were not cleaned every day.

A good base from where you can explore Senja.We spent three nights & did two days of hiking, including Husfjellet, whose trailhead is just outside the front door.
