We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Both the staff and the owner were kind. What we appreciated the most was their generosity after our desert trip: even after check-out, they allowed us to use the swimming pool, take a shower, relax, and use the WiFi before continuing our journey. It was a gesture we truly appreciated and that made a big difference for us. The breakfasts were also excellent, very generous and delicious, with plenty of food to start the day well. We highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, comfort, and the kindness of everyone working there.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Ali who helped arrange activities and made our stay smooth. Muhammad, who was the hotel arranged transport from Cairo, was professional and accommodating. The location is peaceful and a great base for visiting the salt lakes and hot springs. The experience felt authentic and relaxing. Mr. Ghabel, the owner of the property didn’t understand English but was patient and sweet in driving us around town and an overall pookie. We highly recommend the desert safari with Abdulla, the hotel arranged driver who was very helpful and fun, worth the money . Overall pleasant, would visit again.

This is a delightfully unique hotel, with exquisitely designed rooms and inner courtyard with pool. There are Nubian dome roofs, beautiful bright colours everywhere, and a pervading energy of peace and tranqility. The staff are lovely and very helpful. This is calm retreat from the bustling town of Siwa.

“Paradise!!! So lovely - is hard to believe!!!”

I liked everything. This is a little paradise in Siwa. You just get in and is WOW! Very original and colorful inside. We ordered 1 twin room but the manager Jousef did give us a choice of beautifull appartments in the same price as the room. We had 2 bed flat with kitchen, salon and big balcony. Thank you Jousef🤩Hot water, wifi was working. Nice breakfast with lovely music. There is unlimited tea, mint and coffee to make for free. Manager speak good English and is very helpful and polite. But the best part is very nice and clean swimming pool , with chairs, beds, tables ,surrounded by flowers. Walking distance to the town centre. Takes 20 min or 1$ by tuk tuk.We stayed in real paradise. Highly recommend to everybody !!!

“Calm and amazing hotel. Siwa the city of relax and amazigh culture.”

This hotel is amazing! The staff is wonderful. They did everything to make us happy and every day they ask us if he need things for the room. Josef is really good man, he is calm and explain everything. He give us the best room and the room was amazing. It had AC and in both room they have put fan. We was there during summer so the AC save us. The room is design of their Amazigh culture. The breakfast was fixed by Hussein. He is very good person and he put Quran every morning and it make us relaxed. He did what ever we asked for. Some times we used the neighbors hotel pool because it was bigger and they need it clean their own pool some times. All hotel is alot of Amazigh culture and they even speak their own language. which is amazing. I recomend everyone visit this hotel and the city Siwa. Amazigh people are amazing and they are very kind. Their culture and with their religion Islam make siwa amazing. I saw many women groups in Siwa and the people treat them like queens. They have big respect for everyone and it is alcohol free city. So muslims around the world should see this city. If you want relax and go away from everything then Siwa is good city for you to visit. I will come back to this hotel and the city Siwa.
