The house met our expectations to a great extent. It was spotless, well-organized, tastefully decorated, and the host was always willing to help. The nearby beach is amazing, as are all the beaches in the area. For those who enjoy swimming in colder waters, this is an ideal place for holidays. Finally, I would like to thank Konstantinos (the host) for his recommendations regarding restaurants, beaches, and excursions, as well as for his kind and thoughtful approach.

An accommodation that exceeded our expectations! The villa in which we stayed was extremely well equipped and very clean, our host was thoughtful about even the smallest details. Konstantinos is also super friendly, he made recommendations with places to eat and beaches, and helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend this accommodation!

“It is a perfect accomodation to spend the holidaly in Greece on a perfect location.”
The accomodation is on a perfect location with a sea view from the terrace. It is not far from the city, it takes just 3 minutes by car. It is fully equipped (the kitchen, the bathroom...), all rooms are air conditioned. The furnitures are brand new, and looks as it is on the pictures. The place is absolutely a chill out one. The owner is frendly and very helpful. We arrived very late at night, but he was waiting for us. He filled the fridge with some vegetables, water, juice and with lots of other things.... We have never seen such a good, beautiful accomodation, and that as he was waiting for us. We were totally satisfied.

“Marvelous stay in sivota”
New apartment in sivota with great view. Very spacious. The host was generous and filled the apartment with food and drinks.
