“An almost idyllic short stay”

Idyllic location. Kleon was super friendly and helpful and even though they were closing for the season the day after our stay, Kleon made us feel welcome. The view was incredible. The kitchen was well accessorized. They even had essential foodstuff in the fridge for us.

Lovely location, a beautiful part of Greece. Staff were lovely, very helpful especially Kleon. Great places to visit around the area, lots of lovely Greek restaurants. Villa was stylish and immaculate with lots of lovely finishing touches to make the stay more enjoyable.

“Excellent- strongly recommend”

The location of the property was excellent, technically just in front of the sea, where you can find also comfortable sun beds. The view from our villa was picture worthy, especially during the sunset! Really recommend to everyone. Also a big up to the staff, in particular Kleo who was always very keen to help for everything that we asked. Thank you Kleo!

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

“A cosy & luxurious stay”

A truly luxurious experience. The villa had all the necessary amenities and was perfectly designed to accommodate 6 people. The sunset views from the pool were a nice surprise, there was parking next to the house, good airconditioning and a fully equiped kitchen. But above all, Eleni who was our contact person for the stay was an absolute GEM. She was extremely helpful during all the steps of our stay and offered us all the extra information we could ever need while being her most polite and caring self. Give her a raise!

“Tranquility at its best!”

This venue is beautiful! So peaceful and serene with close proximity to the beach. The views are stunning and the villa was immaculate. We spent all of our time there. The facilities were great- we didn’t want to go anywhere else, it was pure bliss (especially the private pool). Our host Eleni was fantastic- so friendly, helpful- nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend getting a car to explore nearby villages/ beaches and to buy essentials. I would recommend this place 100% and I would definitely visit again!

Everything was perfect! Very clean, very comfortable, great view! Eleni the manager was very accommodating and always there for us for everything we needed. The place cleaning wise was also spotless and the cleaning ladies very kind.

The rooms are very, very clean and the staff is wonderfully helpful and professional. This place is run with lots of care, and it shows. The views are some of the most beautiful I've seen, and I've travelled all over the world. It was a wonderful experience!

We were in a Family Suite for 4 nights in early June. The house is spacious, cool and cleaned daily. The towels and bathroom accessories were also changed regularly. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances and everything you need to cook. The manager is very kind and helpful and solves any problems you may have quickly. The place is quiet and beautiful.

A dream location, modern villa, beautifully furnished, spacious, very clean, very attentive and polite staff. We were three families, good friends, and we had one of the most wonderful vacations! We were very good treat, we received little attention (wine, peanuts, chocolate). Every day there was cleaning, the pool was cleaned, and we went down to the beach by elevator! It was a wonderful experience! Thanks for everything❤️
