“Clean, perfect location and friendly owner!”

Location is absolutely perfect, very close to harbour and shops. All rooms very clean and good size! Enough clean towels. Lovely staff (very friendly owner). The garden is well kept and pool very clean (water temp was excellent). We enjoyed our stay (group of 10). For our 3 night stay, the perfect location!

The best property i have ever visited. The best price to quality ratio, super clean, brand new and can sleep up to 4 people easily. The hosts were immaculate and even gave us some wine as a gift. At first we thought the price was wronh and couldnt believe it. Book it with your eyes closed.

The staff/owners of this property are so excellent!! So thoughtful and kind. We stayed here for a birthday and they made sure to make it special, were incredibly attentive and kind. I will never forget about this stay! It was also in such an excellent location and was a gorgeous room.

The room and facilities were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The owners took care of us like we were family, and I'm not exaggerating. They ensured we had the best experience, going so far as to give us little gifts to commemorate our stay, making us feel special and taken care of. The room was big, the bed - very nice. We were on he ground/pool level, which was nice, since it was cooler and we had shade all day. I'm an early riser, and I loved drinking my coffee with a book in the morning before going to the beach.

Our stay at Marival in Syvota was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Costas and his wonderful family, who truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Their genuine hospitality and constant care throughout our visit made all the difference. The garden surrounding the property is beautifully maintained – a peaceful, green oasis that shows the love and effort the family puts into every detail. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. As for the room, it was absolutely spotless! The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was impeccably maintained – we felt completely comfortable and at ease. It’s clear that the Marival team takes great pride in creating a welcoming and flawless environment. Thank you, Costas and family, for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

It was a very beautiful room ,next to the center but in very quiet place ,too.The pool was amazing and we had a very warm welcome from very nice and polite hosts !

Great, flexible, warm and welcoming hosts and cleaning personel. Absolutely everything was new, functionable and well-designed. Air conditioner was quiet. Even an iron was present in the room. Last but not least, a wonderful view from the balcony.

Walking distance from the center. Excellent spacious room, quiet and spotless. The amenities were great, the room included a Nespresso coffee machine, an ironing board, and a wardrobe. The host was very accommodating and frequently checked with us to ensure we had everything we needed.

Everything about it, is wow. The place is brand new, decorated with taste, it is clean and has everything you need. The owners are super kind and they will do everything for their guests and ensure that they have a good time! The location is very central-walking distance from pretty much anything you might want to see here. If you come to Sivota, definitely book a studio here, as you will be amazed!

The apartment was excellent brand new with very nice design, in a quite area within walking distance from sivota center. The owners where super kind and helpful suggesting us where to eat and where to go. We asked them for an iron and they brought us one in just a few minutes.. I would definitely suggest it to everyone both families and couples..
