“Great apartment”
Fantastic apartment, near to the city center, above a shop, well maintained and clean, easy check-in,you have everything you need for your stay, the host is so welcoming and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and bright, it feels like home. I would highly recommend the place, thank you for the wonderful stay!

On the booking day, people lived in the apartment, whom the owner apparently asked to leave: - the refrigerator was full of other people's products, - the dishes were not completely washed and the table was badly wiped, - dirty laundry was left in the washing machine, - half used bath accessories were in the bathroom. - there was also the smell of cigarettes in all the rooms. When booking at 16:00, we were told that the apartment was not ready, the owner needed to order cleaning, and we should wait 3 hours: "the apartment is clean actually, but this is for your convenience". We were not satisfied with this and asked to cancel the reservation, but were refused. As a result, 2 hours after booking, we got into the apartment, described what was happening to the owner and once again requested cancellation. He replied that we wanted too much for the 1 night reservation and he would inform the Booking.com that we are the problem customers.
