Overview
Just 200 metres from the centre of Siusi, Villa Grünewald features a large relaxing garden with sun beds, tables and chairs, and a small pond. You can reach the Pond of Völs on foot in 1 hour, or go swimming in Telfen’s heated outdoor pool 1.5 km away.

“A lot you get for your money. Feels quickly like home, perfect central location!”
Marion, the owner of the house is fantasticn nice women. Super keen to help us out. The location of the apartment is the best, walking distance to the supermarket and bakery, so every morning fresh bread around the corner. The evening sun on the balcony is also a big plus. If you have the other apartment, then you have sun in the morning at the balcony and view on the huge garden. We stayed in appartment Victoria on the 3rd floor. I think there is another apartment on the 2nd floor. There you have a little bit more light (we had only 2 windows) that is the only disadvantage i can think of. You can also see it on the pictures of Marion, it had not so much light. Other plus of the place is for sure the garage, it has elevator to go to 3rd floor :) and all the facilities: laundry machine, dishwasher, oven and well equiped kitchen. The beds were very comfy and the whole appartment is spacious with 3 sofa's so was nice to chill! Location also super central to all kind of activities. My boyfriend played golf in St Vigil and really enjoyed the special 18 holes. There are many MTB trails and routes to do. Also nice to do some trail running (or just walking) we did run/walk the Oswald trail to the castle: great fun! The Compatsch telecabin is also on walking distance. Another recommendation is to to a more day hike. We stayed at Santnerpasshutte and did the klettersteig to there and walked back to Kolnerhutte. Also highly recommendated! So if you are a outdoor person: for sure this is your location! Also a plus of staying in Siusi is that it has more sun compared to Ortisei for example (that is in a valley).

We had a great stay. The location is great for access to the ski lift and also to the village. Marion was a delightful hostess and very helpful. The underground parking was also perfect. The apartment was lovely, well equipped, warm and the beds were very comfortable.
