We stayed at La Paula for our honeymoon, and it was a perfect experience from the very first moment to the last. Right at check-in, we were welcomed by Manuela from the front desk warm, smiling, and incredibly friendly. Throughout our entire stay, the team pampered us and took care of everything we needed. Even the manager personally made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. The hotel itself is perfect: clean, warm, and beautiful. Our room was spotless and felt brand new. And the view simply breathtaking. The entire staff was lovely. We asked for help with one small thing, and the team member we approached remembered it and took care of it within a short time. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the whole team. This was our honeymoon, and thanks to them, it was especially sweet. Highly recommend!

Loved the breakfast!! Such a range of food and they also had a menu you could choose off, which was included in our stay so that was a bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I liked how they also had on site parking as it was one less thing to worry about. They also included a free pass for buses around the area and was close to the bus stops too.

“Perfect”

We stayed here for two nights, and everything was perfect. The hotel is very beautiful, and its location is superb, with a small hillside behind it that is covered in blooming flowers. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The breakfast is generous, and the staff’s attitude made us feel right at home. The Dolomites are also incredibly beautiful — we will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!

Unfortunaly didnt have time to try the Spa. But when checked it, it was maybe the best spa i have ever seen. Every thing in this hotel is well maintained, clean, designed and comfort.

I took the plunge and traveled to Italy this autumn, 2025. The accommodation I stayed at was beautiful. I particularly loved that the kitchenware was spotless, the parking was excellent, and the elevator made things so easy and comfortable. Having a supermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby was incredibly convenient. I stayed for three nights and four days, and we celebrated a family birthday there. On the final day, checking out, I completely forgot a birthday card I'd left on the phone shelf and three Korean bookmarks I'd brought as small thank-you gifts for kind people I met during the trip. These bookmarks were purchased at the National Museum of Korea. They are shaped like the 'Gat' (a traditional Korean hat) which became famous thanks to the Saja Boys wearing it in the Netflix movie, 'K-Pop Demon Hunters'. I am truly praying that those three 'Gat' bookmarks don't end up in the trash. My sincere wish and hope is that they find their way to the chef who made that delicious omelet for breakfast and, especially, the staff who were so kind to my family! Thanks!

Everything was clean and minimalistic but in warm tones, exactly our style. Parking was in a secure garage behind the property and the washing machine/tumble dryer with detergent provided was a welcome bonus.

Well provisioned. Everything was provided - salt, pepper, stove top coffee, percolator, bathroom provisions. Great views. Comfy bed and great kitchen. Washing machine downstairs. Catching bus to Ortisei was easy and just a short walk away. Parking very easy

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Paula Apartments & Suites! The hotel is fantastic—everything in the room is well thought out, comfortable, and in excellent condition. There is plenty of storage space, a cozy balcony, and all the amenities you might need. The hotel also offers a dedicated storage area for sports equipment, a covered parking garage, several types of saunas, and a washing machine, making the stay even more convenient. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and a perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to the amazing manager, Michael, and his incredible team! Michael went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation, and we are truly grateful for his kindness and support. The location is also perfect—there’s a large supermarket nearby, and the ski lift is just 800 meters away. The surroundings are breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you want to explore, you can take a bus to Bolzano for a nice day trip. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
