Hotel is in a good location for the village, a 15 min walk to the cable car. Good food and spacious clean room.

“Rejuvenating stay”

Staff were so great with our family, always paying attention to the kids at dinner. The room, pool and sauna are all top notch. We got breakfast and dinner included to make it easier after skiing and hiking during our stay. There is always something good to eat and healthy!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, overlooking green hills on one side and the Alps on the other. We truly enjoyed our stay — from the friendly and helpful staff to the diverse and elegant meals served at both breakfast and dinner. We also took advantage of the spa facilities, including the saunas and steam room, and especially loved the relaxation area, where you can gently swing in an elevated chair. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations.

“Late Spring Stay at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa”

We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

It was a very pleasant stay! The room was well-equipped and warm, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The dinner provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations—it was absolutely delicious! The staff’s service was professional and welcoming, and a special thanks to Paulo! The staff all made our stay great. They were all very welcoming and friendly. Food was nice. Good location next to the bubble lift making walking easily accessible.

The rooms are large, and spotless clean. We had a large balcony, great to have a rest there after day-long hikes. There are bathrobes, towels and new flip flops in a basket for the swimming pools. Room and bathroom are super-modern. Food is excellent. There's a huge selection for breakfast. For dinner we had a buffet of salads and delis to tuck into before a four-course meal. The food was fabulous and beautifully presented. The maitre Luigi and his staff were absolutely lovely, always smiling and making sure we always had what we needed. The bar/cafe staff are great too. Cakes and ice creams are superb. There is a small library with lovely books on the Dolomites, mostly in Italian and German. The hotel is few minutes walk from the cable car.

First of all the cuisine - just magnificent, based on local products, terrific wine card. Also the choice of local spirits and drinks served by very good bartender deserve for appreciation. Very hostile, kind and helpfull staff. Rooms were very clean and refreshed everyday. Underground garage, free of charge for guests (big thumbs up!) Each day the hotel organize an excursion for persons who don't ski, what is just great!
