The environment was very nice, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was excellent, close to a beautiful clean beach. There was also a good selection of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hostess, Elena, was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place! Elena was incredibly kind and helpful — nothing was ever a problem. She took care of everything, even our extra requests, always with a smile and such ease. The accommodation itself was spacious, with three large rooms, a beautiful and spotless bathroom, and a lovely garden with outdoor seating — perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also appreciated the private and secure parking right on the property. The quiet and charming surroundings made our business trip feel more like a mini vacation. Everything we needed was there, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host or better stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a very quite area, the staff was extremly friendly and the breakfast was very good. There is a garden in front of the room where it is nice to relax. The hotel is also very good for a visit of Miramare or Triest.

Tucked away from the main road and close to the Rilke path, this B&B has a good location. The house has an extensive garden, where you can chill and the kids can play. The breakfast was the best.

Owner is great with giving good information about area. Breakfast was nice. Room is rather small, but decorated nicley - perfect for short stay. Parking infront of house.

Breakfast and cosy house

Authentic accommodation with a very kind host, Elena, who helped us with everything we needed. The place is stylish and comfortable. There's a private, free parking lot right by the house. It's a great spot for a trip to Duino Castle - the Rilke Trail. The breakfast includes both sweet and savory options. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect.

The room was small but very cosy and opens to a terrace with a large table and comfortable chairs. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with nicely trimmed trees and bushes (fig, pomegranate etc.). Our hostess, Elena was really kind, attentive and always available. Although we stayed only for one day, we had a great time in Sistiana.

The house is very nice and Elena gave us advice for our journey. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, we asked for some eggs.
