We had an amazing stay at Castello Boutique Resort & Spa. The manager and the entire hotel staff were incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout our vacation. We originally booked a room with a jacuzzi, but when it wasn’t working properly, they immediately upgraded us to a beautiful suite to make sure we enjoyed our stay. One day my girlfriend got sick and after the doctor gave us prescriptions, all the pharmacies were already closed. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us and sent an employee to drive around 40 minutes just to get the medication for us, without asking for anything in return. The service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and the genuine care from everyone at the hotel were truly amazing. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Highly recommended

We were very lucky. They didn't find our reservation. But immediately upgraded us to their other hotel opposite, brand new and on the beach. Nicer, bigger room, overlooking the sea. Very kind staff. And got different bonuses.

Such a beautiful hotel with nice, clean rooms. Very tasty food and cocktails. The highlight for me was the entertainment, and the best was Andreas – big applause! I recommend this hotel to everyone. I will be back soon.

“Great location, poor option if you want a restful holiday”

Great location and reasonable facilities. Housekeeping and F&B staff members were great. Breakfast was ideal for me, good selection of fruit, breads, yoghurts etc and eggs made to order along with other buffet items you’d expect to find. There are plenty of sun beds and people didn’t reserve etc. Lunch portions from the pool bar large too if you don’t fancy venturing out for lunch.

Pool was good size but I had a private pool which was perfect for dipping in and out of. Had an upgrade to the boutique suites which didn’t seem completely finished but was fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The room with the private pool and the sea view was truly exceptional, perfect for couples or quiet stays with friends. Very special mention to Sam behind the bar, Maria and her sister in the service. We particularly enjoyed our stay thanks to them, always smiling and with unparalleled values ​​of hospitality. The food was good, and i tried the best espresso martini of the country ;)

This is a fabulous hotel- often when you arrive late somewhere after a long day’s travel you don’t see the best in the accommodation you picked? Uh-uh we definitely didn’t get that here. It was definitely a “wow” on arrival. The staff are just wonderful and make you feel valued, the accommodation itself is just beautiful. We had a room with a pool which was perfect to pop into to cool off after rambling round all morning and the patio was in shade in the afternoon which was perfect for us. The main pool area is extremely attractive too if it’s sun you need. It’s pretty central (and Sissi is just lovely) and there’s a variety of entertainment if you want it. Plus a gym and spa….
