“A great bed and breakfast to stay winning season in Sisian, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with very friendly hosts”

We had an absolutely great stay at Karin’s B&B. She has a couple of rooms on the ground floor of their house, all spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable, and we appreciated in the morning the good breakfast prepared by Amine. She prepared as well. A delicious dinner for us during two of the nights we stayed there. Karin had also very good advice, and could organize a drive up to incredible petroglyphs at 3500m in the mountains. And her kind husband spoiled us with fruits from the garden. We will definitely come back!

We were excited about our stay at Karin's, she was even preparing a homemade dinner for us, but history cought up with us and, because of the hostilities that had just broken up the night before between Armenia and Azerbaidjan and the front line quite close to the town, we decided not to spend the night there and get back to Yerevan. However, the hosts were very understanding and helpful, they even gave us some homegrown tomatoes from their garden when we left. We had the opportunity to take a look around the house and the garden and everything looked so lovely! We are very sorry that we could not spend the night there.

We had an amazing stay at Karin’s. After hiking and camping for a few days on the Transcaucasian Trail, the hot shower, beautiful garden and impeccably clean room were super refreshing. What made our stay especially memorable though is the way in which Karin made us feel at home and the evening chatter over a cup of tea in the beautiful garden. Also, make sure that you don’t miss out on the amazing home-cooked dinner with so many homegrown veggies. Worth a detour to Sisian if it’s not on your schedule already!

Karin and her husband were one of the best hosts on our trip through Armenia. They both speak great English. They were helping us with flat tyre on our car. We also got very useful tips for planning next day trip around Sisian.

Great place and service. Despite booking at the last minutes the room was ready in 10 mins and dinner just after I settled down and had a shower. Both dinner and breakfast generous and delicious. With veggies and fruits from their garden. They all speak good English and are very welcoming and friendly. The place is very nice and spacious with all facilities. Big room, comfortable beds, great shower with how and strong water. Common space with kitchenette, tables where breakfast is served and sofa. Great Garden where to chill out with friendly cuddly cat. And where they allowed me to store my bicycle safely. 10mins walking from town centre.

“Excellent B&B in Sisian”

A warm and welcoming family. Karin was away while I visited, but she went out of her way to make sure everything was organized for my stay (including transport for the onward journey). The home-cooked dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, the room was warm and comfortable, the living room was a very pleasant place to spend the evening. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone coming to Sisian.

It was just an amazing experience. Karen is a wonderful lovely person. Everything was perfectly clean and beautiful. There is a nice garden too.Breakfast is very delicious too.
