Not the first time here but still impressive. Such a beautiful garden and my rabbit was still there every morning:) Sirolo, Numana, the best beaches are around the corner. But the best was Daniel-he was so kind and helpful and let us feel very welcome! Grazzie mille!

“A beautiful apartment in a gorgeous setting”

We spent a perfect 6 nights here. The accommodation is lovely, set in a stunning old monastery with an interesting history and beautiful views, one way looking over the countryside and the other over the sea. The stay was made extra special by Daniel, who looks after the apartments. He met us on arrival and showed us around including a walk through the garden. He then gave us recommendations for beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc and was around during the stay if we needed anything. He is a real asset to the Villa. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk into Sirolo which is a beautiful town. Also a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to get down to the local beach which was absolutely beautiful (you can walk down but beware it is steep). It was also close enough to Numana to walk in although we spent our evenings in Sirolo. If I was coming back to the area I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Amazing property. A very special place to stay at. Fantastic garden with many sculptures, views to the Conero coast. Endless beauty! And every morning we met a rabbit there:) The apartment is big and spacious. Place is well equipped (only strange that there was no salt or pepper:)) But the best was the guy who welcomed us. Very friendly and superb helpful. Thank you🥰

“Wonderful renovated monasterio in Sirolo”

Beautiful old building (monasterio) renovated in comfortable appartments. The appartment was unique in design, with original stone walls, very nicely renovated. Ideal for two couples, with 2 complete bathrooms and large sleeping rooms. The appartment was also very warm, also at night. Convenient with washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and large parking space (outside the property). The best was Daniel, who welcomes the guests. Such a nice young man, very friendly and attentative. Thank you so much!!!

Daniel, the host is very friendly and helpfull. At the end of my stay I forgot to take my running shoes with me. Daniel sent them to my house in Belgium for free. thanks a lot!!!

Beautiful ground floor apartment, perfectly safe for a stay with my 1 year old who has just found her feet and wants to be constantly walking around.

Location was great between Numana and Sirolo, handy to everything. Accommodations were fantastic and comfortable. Daniel was always willing to help and provide guidance for non Italian speaking guests. The mix between old and new was so interesting. Would definitely return again.

Property was very well situated for the centre of Sirolo. Loved the building and the style inside. Great to have free parking. Property is spacious and the outside area is lovely.
