“Exceed expectations!”
Marco was the best! Great breakfast delivered in front of the door each morning. Good service including beverages in the booking price. Good location close to supermarkets, playground and the center of the city. Perfect for families.

Lovely room with modern bathroom. a 2 min walk to the heart of Sirolo. Incredible breakfast that was too much for 1 but Marco the owner encouraged me to take the rest with me for lunch each day. Marco is a wonderful host and we had many great conversations. He was incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay there again and was missing those breakfasts as soon as i left.

Marco is a wonderful host. He cares about the smallest details and cares about guest satisfaction. He and his family are very nice and helpful. As a plus, for sure, the breakfast menu was very tasty and varied! Great option! The location is also quite ok, close to the beaches and the city center, and nearby towns e.g., Numana are also quite close, by walking. I recommend definitely! For sure, when there is an opportunity, we will return there ;)

The owner is the most friendly person I met on our trip. The location is perfect and the distance from the beautiful beach could not be better. All that everyone else wrote is true and I could not recommend this accommodation enough. The best decision you can do is stay here.

Location is very great (not in the noisy Sirolo center and so close to the beatiful beach). The staff is very polite, positive, always helpful. Apartment was clean and axceeded our expectations [price&quality]. Want to back and stay here longer :) Strongly recommend!
