“Wouldn’t stay here again but it was sufficient for the start of my trip to Sioux City”
It was near the area I needed to be at the start of my trip. Basic breakfast included. Bed was comfortable.

“Absolutely fine for the price point and location”
I slept better than I thought I would. The bed was much more comfortable than I expected, albeit very squeaky. The room was quiet and cool and was very adequate for our stay. I didn't have breakfast but the coffee was very nice and an excellent temperature. For a low budget accommodation, we were quite comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and provided additional pillows when I requested them.

Breakfast honestly wasn't to my expectations cold cereal not to much to choose from muffins,coffee was not hot.

The location was perfect, 3 minutes from Morningside University. Gas station next door. Clean and comfy beds. AC worked great!
