“The room could have had a fridge.Apart from that everything was very good very clean hotel and quiet”
They didn’t supply English tea bags I had to ask for some every day. Then they only gave 1 or 2.

“Perfect spot and value for money”
It was unclear whether the parking was covered or not. Although we understood that the parking would be covered in the end we had to pay extra. We would just have appreciated to be told the price upon arrival.

The single room available when booking from booking is very small , it is hard to wake up… terrible room I was already in this hotel booking directly in the hotel and much better room Another issue is that they do a lot of noise when they are closing the restaurant at night after 23….

We were warmly greeted by someone at reception who was kind and welcoming. We asked if we could leave our luggage at the Hotel while we went on a day hike the next day, we would be back by 8pm. He said that was fine. The next day, the next person at reception briskly said that was not possible. It seems ridiculous to pay 200 CHF a night for a hotel where you cannot leave your luggage. No apology was given by the front desk, nor did they offer an alternative solution or explanation for the contradictory information. This is not the level of customer service I would expect, and it left us starting our day on a bad note.

“Mid hotel, no cap”
Location was very convenient and near the old town. Service was lovely at the reception. Comfy bed and clean rooms. Elevator small but helped with luggage.
