“A genuine Dalmatian experience!”

The property had a lovely outdoor space with a beautiful pool and fantastic views across the countryside towards the ancient town and church. The property was spacious and well-equipped. The owners were absolutely amazing. They met us on arrival and on departure and provided us with a plate of meat and cheese, bread, fruit juice and wine when we turned up before check- in (which they were very flexible about). Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us lots of tips, advice and links to local attractions. They also booked a restaurant for us and offered to cook us a meal to showcase local specialities (we didn’t have time). The old town of Sinj is charming- comes alive at night with cafes and bars on the square and side streets and only a 15 minute walk from the villa. Split is 35-40 minutes drive and worth a visit. There is lots to do on your doorstep which kept two teenage boys happy- white water rafting, island hopping from Split amongst the numerous excursions we undertook. There are supermarkets nearby and convenience stores a short walk away. When we stayed it was extremely warm and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat and the boys loved all the inflatables and sports equipment that was available to use. All-in-all a wonderful experience.

Excellent accommodation with beautiful surrounding countryside with only a 10/12 minute walk downhill into town. The outside area is spacious with plenty of seating both in and out of the sun. The pool is clean and well kept and was so refreshing in the hot weather. We were greeted by the owners of the house who made us feel very welcome throughout the holiday even supplying local homemade foods to try- delicious, in addition to giving us ideas and suggestions of where to visit. Good restaurants in town.

Peaceful and quiet Environment. Especially for dog owners. There is no traffic and a fantastic view. Sinj is definitly worth a visit with its popularity and interesting history. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. We were very pleased with the warm welcoming including little snacks. At the end we even got a traditional dalmatian food plate and a very delicious homemade cake. The hosts are very nice people, we really recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a beautiful, relaxing holiday, with or without a dog. 👍👍

“Beautiful villa wonderful hosts”

Peaceful rural location a couple of miles from a village with supermarkets and restaurants. The hosts were attentive meeting us on arrival with cold drinks and platter messaging regularly to check all was ok. The pool and outside space was fantastic, larger pool than we have had when renting before the 5 of us had plenty of room. We loved the outside seating and BBQ it’s all on one level and in the same area so we could spend evenings as a family. The porch seating is an added bonus for early mornings or late evenings. Villa was spotlessly clean with a large bathroom and extra toilet. Large paved parking area with house. We loved it
