“An amazing experience”
Staff were amazing, always happy to help and were prompt with any issues we had. I liked how they cater for children. My daughter was very happy that she got matching robe and slippers to us. Its those little touches. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again. Spa facilities were lovely, I had a performance massage, Im a sports therapist my self and always struggle to find someone that applies enough pressure and get a full experience of a spa. At St Regis spa the lady was amazing, I couldn't fault the treatment. So if you do stay in the hotel I would highly recommend going and booking a treatment. The sophia restaurant we visited in the evening and the food was amazing. Breakfast you have every choice you can think of, staff were there to help all the time and you got served promptly. The staff even remembered our coffee orders the next day.

“It was a good hotel but has a slow service and breakfast was in a ballroom which I had the worst tim”

“The young lady Clarice assisted in our check in and check out. Her service was great.”
1. Requested for a baby cot for my newborn but was provided a baby crib and it is not suitable for newborn. Hence, called the butler to remove it from the room else the room space is badly compromised. The butler did not come until the 3rd time calling. Very disappointing service for St. Regis highly reputable hotel. 2. The staffs at the lobby tea room needs alot of improvement in their service especially the lady at the restaurant entrance.

“Outstanding Hotel.”
Beautiful rooms. Ultra convenient facility in room. All provided for stay from shampoo, conditioner, bath gel even face fash and toothbrushes daily with toothpaste. Was beyond expectations.
