The location of the hostel was excellent, very near the train station. The staff were also accommodating and there were even free coffee and water in the reception.

“Awesome place for solo travellers”
The pod is cosy and comfortable. Just few minutes walk to mrt station. There's alot of restaurant nearby too

“Poorly maintained. Unavailable staff. No proper management. Disrespectful and disgusting people staying there.”
The staff are not accommodating and are barely available. The place is poorly maintained. The people staying there who were at the reception at the time we arrived was very disrespectful and act like they own the place telling us how to do things, and what not to do. Seeing how they can act with no discipline and respect in the place shows how the owners and staff don't really care about managing the place.

Staying at the promise is like staying at a home stay. People were very friendly and the pods were comfortable enough for a last minute late night stay. It was also very conveniently located near the MRT station.

“Perfect for sleeping, not so much for hanging around”
The beds are absolutely amazing. Perfect temperature, comfortable mattress and super private and quiet. You catch a great night sleep.
