Our stay at the Shangri-La on Sentosa Island was a phenomenal, family-friendly experience. Despite arriving during an extremely busy long weekend check-in, the resort handles crowds with incredible, solution-oriented service. To make up for the wait, they went completely above and beyond by providing us with an added adjoining room, a late checkout, and generous discounts at the bar and restaurant. The property is exceptionally kid-friendly and perfectly located right on Sentosa Island, near family amenities, attractions, and dining.
