Staff in Club lounge were superb especially Tya . She always had a smile and offered great hospitality. Pool area was great with nice bar out of the sun. The location was the best with hip Arab st etc across the road.

“Best stay”
We requested for an early arrival because we had a 5 year old and an 18 month old. The hotel staff and especially Phoebe at the reception was very helpful. The room was available to us before check in time.The room and bathroom were excellent and clean. Room service was great too. We had breakfast all 6 days and the buffet was excellent. The Indian corner was great and a very friendly Indian chef.

“Good stay, but 50/50 on whether I would stay again”
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, with a decent range of options and fresh ingredients. The gym was nice and the pool area was nice. The location was ideal, quite close to Suntec City Mall, which we frequently visited. The hotel is also opposite Haji lane which was good to meet with friends on a couple evenings out.
