One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. True 5 star. Every single experience was top notch. Staff were amazing, facilities were well kept, rooms were gorgeous, they even upgraded us to a suite for our honeymoon. Thanks again Park Royal team. We will be back!

Beautiful, cozy, and clean room with great amenities. The bathtub in the room was very nice too, and all interactions with staff (check-in, room service) were very pleasant :)

“A lovely stay”
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even helped us print some documents. The location is great. The room was always very clean and the bed was big.

The first two days Breakfast was fantastic - good choice and fresh. Staff lovely and helpful. However on the last morning it was particularly busy and a lot of the food was unavailable.

“Rough”
Pool area was too small, beds did not recline. Pool was crowded and handrail rusty. Maintenance was carried out whilst guests were relaxing. ( smell of paint from repainting handrails). room tired and smelly, no usb next to bed. breakfast not enough choice and no table service, check out was poor, my bill was wrong,

The hotel is perfectly located for walkable access to China Town area, public transport. Close to great food markets and stores as well. Hotel offers great amenities and accommodating to requests.
