“Exceptional Service and a Standout Club Lounge Experience”
We had a fabulous 4-night stay in a Club room and couldn’t fault the service from start to finish. A special shout out to Nira, Sharlotte, and especially Simon in the club lounge for going above and beyond. My wife is vegetarian and Simon personally ensured she had freshly prepared food from the chef every single day — he remembered us each morning and was always a warm, welcoming presence. The chef deserves huge credit too for personally preparing each dish with such care. And finally, a massive thank you to Deven who kindly wheeled our heavy luggage to our next hotel nearby, saving us a taxi fare entirely — a genuinely wonderful gesture. The room was lovely, and the pool was excellent having recently been refurbished. We’ll absolutely be back.

“Very enjoyable, comfortable, and convenient to all the main facilities at Marina Bay.”
Breakfast had a lot of variety, mainly asian with some western influence. It was high quality food and very enjoyable. We walked everywhere around Marina Bay which was easy to do and not difficult. It was flat all the way. The hotel also had an entrance into the shopping centre, very convenient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with great facilities.

Room was nice. Great shower, the jets were a touch of indulgence. View from our room was of Marina bay so we were quite spoilt. Room service was very good. With morning Room reset, evening turn down, and lot of little extra mile services regularly.
