The pool worker was the highlight. He was the most friendly worker we met, always put a smile on our face when we stayed there and was always very nice to us. Thank you to the guy who worked upstairs at the pool.

“Great Staff, Spacious Rooms, but Some Improvements Needed”

We had a pleasant stay overall. The best part of the hotel was definitely the very friendly and helpful staff — everyone was kind and always trying to assist us. The rooms were spacious, which we appreciated, but they are clearly a bit outdated. Unfortunately, our room had a very humid and musty smell. Interestingly, the room of our parents-in-law did not have this issue, so it may depend on the specific room. Breakfast was okay, but it is heavily focused on Indian guests and cuisine. If you expect a typical continental breakfast, you might be disappointed. However, with a bit of searching, you can still find enough options to start the day well.

Great location, short walk to Sommerset MRT, and loads of shopping and dining options nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and professional staff. Excellent view out of the window from the 5th floor.

Excellent breakfast

Amazingly friendly staff. The day we arrived very late, the reception staff was extremely helpful. Also, when we got to the room we realized that we only had towels for two people. However, without us having to ask they brought the missing things for the four of us (we were staying there with our kids). They anticipated our needs before we even knew it. We would especially like to highlight the cleaning personnell: one day we forgot to take out the "d9 not disturb" sign, came back in the afternoon and only then put out the sign "please clean". This was done within 30 minutes.

The property was located 5 minutes from Somerset MRT. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. Pool was a well needed addition after a day out sightseeing in the heat. Our first room had a really strong damp smell and they moved us immediately. Complimentary bottled water. Our room was a decent size for two adults and two kids.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great but very busy. Location was very convenient as it was close to lots of eateries and grocery stores. They provided complimentary water.

Clean, good location. We had the premier access and enjoyed afternoon tea and breakfast.

Great location, staff lovely and very accommodating, rooms spacious and comfortable. Next time we stay I’ll definitely check out getting “lounge access” as that sounded like a good addition.
