“Short stay”
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are in need of an upgrade to match the 4 star rating. Love the foyer and the elevators. Breakfast is great and the hot chocolate is the best ever from the restaurant on the 4th floor.

“The awe inspiring Holiday Inn at Singapore!”
A few points which got hihglighted: 1) Breakfast spread was amazing 2) A bigger room size was one of the most welcomed features, considering the small room sizes on offer in a majority of the hotels in Singapore 3) The staff was curteous, check-in and check-out process was a breeze 4) Loved the odd round shape of the room, that leaves out a brilliant view of the street below 5) Housekeeping and other services were spot on and flawless

“Disappointed”
We had booked a smoking room. We appreciate the smell in smoking rooms lingers however I strongly recommend they inspect and clean their a/c filters more often and wash their drapes more often.

“Overall the stay at holiday inn was very good and comfortable we really enjoyed it.”
Location was quite central to a few places we visited which was useful for us, getting around on the subway system from Havelock was super easy. Staff at the hotel were always polite, friendly and helpful. Anything we needed the staff were very anntetive and always happy to help. Hotel was very clean, calm relaxing and overall a nice place to stay.
