Paragon and Ngee Ann City Shopping Centre are just a 5-minute walk away. ION Orchard shopping mall is less than a 10-minute walk away. It takes 25 minutes to drive from Changi International Airport. Each room is equipped with a 50-inch LED TV, ergonomic workstation and tea/coffee maker. Private bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. Computers and printing services are available at the Business Centre. Other facilities and amenities located at level 4 include a 24-hour Fitness Centre, Meeting Room and vending machine. Beverages and light meals are also available 24 hours at the Great Room Bar. In our ongoing commitment to serve you better, the hotel's Lobby and Great Room will be undergoing upgrading works from 1 May to 31 July 2024. Perfect location in the heart of Orchard Road. The breakfast is good, though it could use more variety after a few nights. Despite being central, the hotel is tucked away from the bustling streets of Singapore.

1. Location. Exceptional. Easy access to everything. Especially shops, unfortunately!! 2. Staff. Most helpful, pleasant, approachable and most knowledgeable. I received great support when requesting connection of wifi to my devices. Always available and cheery. Requests for taxis were provided instantly and happily. 3. Room cleaning was of highest standard. Request for anything was provided instantly and happily. 4. Room view. Somewhat disappointing for a top floor room. 5. Facilities. Breakfast was terrific. Maybe hot meals need expansion. Lovely fresh fruit, drinks. Hot drink dispensers were excellent. Choice of tea, coffee, sugar very good. Seating filled at peak times but I went early. Tables were cleared very quickly and smoothly. 6. Best thing about the hotel - the super fast Lifts!!! Absolute magic. Thanks to all involved.

Asking staff yo arrange a taxi to the airport and they arranged a limo. Too late for us to say no as we had to get to airport. Just felt that your staff have an arrangement with limo people. Not good. The only time I Dingapore that we felt ripped off.
