Most importantly, I must give immense credit to the team at Heritage Collection - specifically Divina, Rome, and on-site manager Ryan - for their incredible service. They are all incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and helpful. For instance, the online app-check-in can be slightly difficult to navigate, but the team are happy to assist via the virtual chat feature and Ryan was on-site to support as needed. The room is surprisingly spacious and it is comfortable, with a great location in the center of Singapore. I’ve stayed at this property every time, and it is reliable and consistent! I highly recommend if you are looking for a simple, comfortable, convenient stay in Singapore.

The accommodation was fantastic, and everything about the property was great. A special thank you to Rome, Divine and Maica who were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed.

Very clean and cozy room situated in a fantastic location. Walking distance to multiple busses and trains for accessibility, and a short walk away from quality dining, entertainment and shopping destinations. The staff, Divina and Maica, and their digital concierge, Jean, were all extremely professional and provided excellent service throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at the Heritage Collection on Seah!

We had a really great stay at this flat. The location is perfect, with lots of good restaurants around and nice bars just next door. Check-in was super easy, you just use your phone as the key, which was really convenient. Divina and Jean were also amazing throughout our stay. They kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and were incredibly responsive on WhatsApp. Anytime we needed something like plug adapters or an iron, they sorted it out within minutes. They also gave us great local recommendations and even let us check out later while storing our luggage until our flight. Overall, everything was smooth and easy, they really made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
