We stayed in the loft room and it was absolutely fantastic. The room is a great size with a decent bathroom, comfy bed, sofa, small kitchen and lots of storage space. The space has been used in a very clever and efficient way. There's even a small terrace to enjoy. We had a fridge, bowls, plates, glasses and cutlery, which meant we could eat breakfast in every morning. The Aircon is fantastic and it was nice to have natural light from the windows. The location couldn't be better. It's perfect for tourists. You're in the heart of Chinatown, right by the metro, yet it's still very quiet at night. You're a 5 minute walk from Maxwell hawker centre, 10 minutes from Lau Pa Sat and 15 minutes from the canal. It's very easy to check in and check out and the staff are great at making sure you have everything you need. You have to give a S$200 deposit, but they give it back as soon as you check out if the room is kept well. It's pricey, but that's Singapore. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The location couldn't be better. Steps away from Chinatown mrt exit A. Belle and team were incredibly helpful and responded quickly. Despite being in the middle of all the activities, it was incredibly quiet, we slept really well.

Belle, Edmar, and Jean were exceptionally helpful and prompt at all hours making sure the check in/out process was easy and helping with our technical issues. Location cannot be any better, plenty of food and supermarket options around, convenient to multiple MRT lines. Cosy and clean rooms.

We had a great stay at Heritage Collection on Pagoda. The check-in process was smooth, and Belle was especially helpful and welcoming, which made our arrival very easy. One highlight of our room was the unusually large window — something you don’t often find in Singapore — which made the space feel much brighter and more open.

“2 nights in a perfect location”
It was a perfect location. MRT is just steps away, food stalls and gift ahops right outside. Maxwell is only about 10 mins walk and most importantly, Belle and Mary are superstars! Very quick to respond. Very patient with us and Belle was very accommodating to helping us with our luggages! Perfect ambassadors for Heritage Collection!
