Room was clean, check-in was seamless and the quiet environment was just nice for working adults. Edmar, Belle and Jean truly made the whole process, from booking to check-in and throughout my stay, a pleasant experience.

Location was great, and very clean place. The facility had washing machines and can't ask for more kind of feeling. I was a bit nervous about the APP check-in and digital key but Edmar, Belle & Jean the staff here gave me accurate instructions for it and I had no problem about it.

Good value for the price, and the staff - Xia, Mary, and Belle were extremely polite and helpful throughout the stay. They kindly assisted with luggage storage after check-out, which was very convenient. There was also an issue with the online app access, but the team resolved it quickly by arranging a fast delivery of a physical key card to the room. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience with excellent customer service.

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect because many of the affordable hotels in Chinatown didn’t have windows, and since I was only staying briefly for a visa run, I mainly wanted something convenient and reasonably priced near Chinatown. I decided to give this place a shot because it had a skylight, and I’m really glad I did. The skylight and high ceilings made the room feel bright and open, so it never felt claustrophobic. The room itself is small, but very functional and thoughtfully designed. It came equipped with a microwave, kettle, utensils, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, toiletries, a large fridge, a desk for working, air purifier, and surprisingly great closet space. Everything was clean, fresh, and there were no unpleasant smells. The bathroom lighting was also bright enough for getting ready and doing makeup comfortably, and the shower was much bigger than I expected. The location is one of the best parts, literally steps away from Chinatown, the temple, restaurants, and transit. The digital key system looked confusing at first, but it was actually very simple once I downloaded the app they sent over. Their team was incredibly responsive and kind throughout my stay. XIA, the digital concierge, always answered my questions quickly and assisted me with anything I needed, and both MARY and BELLE, the heritage Ambassadors, were wonderful and delivered anything I needed and greeted me at the door when I arrived; all are very sweet! They also kindly allowed me to store my luggage in the room after checkout since my flight was later in the day, which I really appreciated. One helpful thing to know is that depending on which entrance you use, pickup locations can vary. I was at Location B, and my driver had to wait around the corner because cars cannot stop directly on the main road there. Overall, it felt very safe, efficient, and ideal for solo travelers.

The staff members Belle, Xia and Mary were very helpful, assisting me with storing my luggage in advance and then helping me check in smoothly. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the MRT and has everything you want nearby. I would definitely book again if I return to Singapore!

“Comfortable Aparthotel in a Prime Location”

I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Collection by Chinatown. It was the perfect base for exploring the local area and travelling to other parts of the city. Both Chinatown and Maxwell MRT stations are within walking distance, and there are plenty of nearby options for food, drinks, convenience stores, hawker stalls, supermarkets, and souvenir shopping. I specifically chose an apartment with windows and an in-room washer/dryer, knowing those facilities would be useful during my stay — and they definitely were. As an all-digital aparthotel, I completed pre-registration before arrival and requested a digital key on the day I landed to access both the building and my room. The process was straightforward, although it’s worth planning ahead to keep your phone charged, as access relies entirely on your device. The room size was adequate, with enough space to open my suitcase and move around comfortably. Despite being located on a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet at night. I only encountered a few other guests during my stay, and there was no disturbance from noise. The only downside was a slight musty smell in the hallways. I interacted with James and Mary during my stay, and both were quick to respond to any questions I had. Although Heritage Collection doesn’t advertise on Booking.com, guests also have access to their lounge at Seah Street, which I found useful when I was nearby. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and would happily stay at this location again — or try another Heritage Collection property in the future.

Perfect location in Chinatown,tons of restaurants and cafes nearby and a 30 min walk to the Gardens of the bay. Room is not very big but has a small kitchen,washing machine and tumbler which was extremely useful!Also digital concierge was super easy,for the price and location I would definitely recommend it!
