The location was excellent. There is a bus stop on the same street, making transportation very convenient, and several affordable restaurants are located just a short walk away. I would also like to give special thanks to Mary from the staff. She was incredibly kind and always willing to help. Her warm hospitality made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room is worth it as it was super clean & comfortable. For short trip is fit to purpose. Bed is comfortable, room is super clean. The toilet and shower are perfect. The assistant team is very helpful and supportive. The location is perfect as many shops & restaurants are around. There is elevator to rooms which made it easy for carrying luggage. 10 minutes walking to MRT station. The river view is nice. Thank you so much Ms. Mary & Ms. Shannen and the team for all your support and cooperation. You made my stay safe and perfect.

The location was absolutely excellent and the accommodation was good value for money and very clean. It was great having the use of a washing/drying machines I was worried that the app for access would be problematic but it was absolutely fine. I Perfect 10 stars for Mary Shannen and Rome at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay, they were so helpful, kind, and professional throughout my stay. I really appreciated their care and attention, especially with storing our luggage, highly recommend!

What really set the experience apart though was the team — Edmar, Shannen and Kisha were genuinely warm, attentive and quick to help with anything I needed. That kind of hospitality makes a real difference and it's why I'd happily come back next time I'm in town. Highly recommended.

My absolute #1 in Singapore – A total lifesaver! I’ve been in Singapore for a few weeks now, staying at four different hotels, but this place was on a whole different level. I actually ended up here right after a hospital stint—sick, crying, and honestly just done with the world. To top it off, my Grab dropped me at the wrong spot with a mountain of luggage. I was literally stranded. I sent an SOS via WhatsApp, and the response was instant. Even though it’s a digital, "staffless" concept, Shannen and Edmar showed up immediately. They guided me to the right entrance, crushed the check-in for me, and were so incredibly caring, making sure I had everything I needed to get back on my feet. The Space: The apartment is a vibe. Bright, super high-end, and surprisingly spacious for SG. I spent my days chilling with the windows open and that killer river view. Total recovery mode. And the soundproofing? Insane. You’re right in the mix of the nightlife, but as soon as you shut the windows, it’s pure silence. Also, having the laundry right on the same floor made life so much easier. The Location: Literally perfect. You can walk everywhere—Chinatown, Little India, you name it. It’s the ultimate base. The Real MVP Moment: I’ve been traveling through Asia for two years, and this is easily one of my favorite stays ever. The digital setup is seamless, but the human support is what makes it. Edmar even helped me with my bags and waited with me for my Grab when it was time to leave. I’m definitely coming back, and not just for a week—I’m staying for a month next time. Thanks for everything! ❤️

Property was well located for tourist activities with a metro station reasonably close and lots of good restaurants My only negative was the digital key system which I found cumbersome sometimes taking 3 or 4 times to take and also meant we had to make sure our phones were charged all day

“Central Location with Friendly Staff”

Location was a massive criteria for me & Heritage Collection on Boat Quay was perfect. I literally walked everywhere - to China Town, Marina Bay Sands and even found myself all the way Orchard St. This is my first accommodation using the phone as the room key, I was hesitant at first but the lovely Edmar kindly showed me how it works and toured me around (they have complimentary laundry facilities in every floor!!) . The property won’t be complete without the friendly staff!! Edmar, Shannen & Jean were so easy to contact and approach through WhatsApp with any of my questions

Great views from the windows on the river ! Very lively . Very well located with very lively bar/restaurants downstairs . Great rooftop also .

The hotel has a great central location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and dining options. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Marina Bay, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The mobile check in process was smooth and easy, which made arrival hassle free. What really stood out was the excellent online customer service, the staff were always responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Special thanks to Edmar, Shannen, and Jean for their support and friendliness throughout our stay. Even after we checked out, the service remained outstanding. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours, and Edmar kindly helped us with our suitcases, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service. Would definitely recommend!
