The location is FANTASTIC, the place was super duper clean, the value for money absurd. There was NO NOISE at all. I was afraid because of the location, but I couldn’t hear a thing from the outside, not even on a Friday night, and the streets were packed with people.Seriously 10/10! Thanks Trisha for the warm welcome and Shannen and Edmar for the lovely stay!

“One million out of 10 stars😌”

Everything was literally amazing!! Even though almost everything was online (checking in, digital key, etc.), I felt so taken care of. I got connected to Trisha, Shannen, and Edmar via WhatsApp and they were so incredibly responsive and welcoming. Whatever questions I had, they answered immediately. One million out of 10 stars!! Also the room was so clean and comfortable!! Huge fridge, nice sink, super clean bathroom/shower, and GURL even a washing machine (dryer included)!! We were so pleasantly surprised that we could do free laundry (the room even had complimentary laundry detergent!!). The area was POPPING too! Very vibrant, pretty riverside area! The noise level was also not bad AT ALL. There was just one neighboring guest who started talking pretty loud in the middle of the night for some reason hahah but obviously that's not the hotel's responsibility! Literally, no complaints!

I loved the location, ambience worth the money… i was hesitant knowing it doesn’t have window.. But it was perfect.. I really loved how property is running all digital, prompt response.. Straight check in accomodating staff.. Had very good experience. I will always book this place for my short trips 😀

Really good location. A river walk, a few MRTs nearby/within walking distance, at least 1 hawker center and Chinatown not too far away. The shower was great. Very comfy beds and pillows. Probably the most comfortable I've slept in, in the last 3 weeks or so. The Aircon was quiet and you could sleep with it on. The fridge was very handy for putting my water bottle in overnight ready for the next day.

Great location and surprisingly quiet even though it’s on Boat Quay. Very comfortable and great price compared to other places in Singapore. Shannen, Edmar and Trisha were great during the day and the digital key was easy to use. Would highly recommend.

This is a self-managed facility, and you have very helpful people to assist you when there. The apartment is small. And it can be optimized if they install hangers in the walls. They are a necessity to keep towels and clothes organized and aireated within the limited space. If you pretend to work while in there, go for the lounge facilities in the nearby building; they provide access included in price. The apartment furniture is not comfortable enough to stay seated for hours with your laptop.

My stay was excellent from beginning to end, but I would especially like to highlight the service and responsiveness of the staff, both online and in person especially Shannen, Edmar, and Trisha. Edmar was the person I had the most contact with during my stay, and he was always extremely friendly, efficient, polite, and genuinely willing to help and solve any situation. He carried my luggage several times and was always very kind and attentive. It truly made a difference in my experience. The location is also perfect. You can do many things on foot, easily visit several tourist attractions, and enjoy great nearby restaurants and bars, including local food options. Thay Honestly, I 100% recommend this place. It was a wonderful experience, and I felt very welcomed throughout my entire stay.
