Had a great stay at Heritage Collection at Arab. The location was excellent — close to Haji Lane, Bugis, cafes, and MRT. The room was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Self check-in was smooth and convenient. Special thanks to Popo, Loc, Divina, and Jamie for their excellent service and quick support throughout the stay. Really appreciated their hospitality and responsiveness. Would definitely stay again.

The staff, PoPo, Divina, Jamie and Loc were really helpful. Everything was squeaky clean, and it had lots of amenities for such a small room.

Really enjoyed our six days in Singapore. The staff were incredibly responsible and accommodating and really made us feel welcome. Special mention to Popo who greeted us at the site as we arrived and helped us settle in! The room was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and in a great location. Even included an on-site washing machine and tumble dryer whuch allowed us to do laundry. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again if we return to Singapore 😊

Location is central and near many food places. Umbrellas are provided which is good for rainy seasons such as these. Staff is very helpful.

The real quality of a service is revealed when a problem comes up and in my case it did- some construction were scheduled on the exterior of the building for my entire stay, the windows had to be blocked and noise was unbearable . The stuff reacted super prompt to my notice and they transferred me in the smoothest way possible. Impecabile job Loc, Popo, Divina , Xia and Mitch!!

Xia, Loc, Popo and Divina were very helpful and prompt with replies. The request for an ironing board was also provided. The space was clean comfy and well-maintained. Overall a great stay for the value. Will 100% recommend this to others.

First room was very small so Divina and Rome helped us by moving us to another. They were friendly and responsive.
