Overview
Aerotel Singapore is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40. The hotel offers hourly accommodations (minimum 6-hour block charge applies) and boasts having the only AIRSIDE hotel outdoor swimming pool worldwide, a pool side bar, an exercise corner and a library lounge exclusively for registered guests. IMPORTANT NOTICE : As the property is located AIRSIDE, in the Restricted/Transit area, Transit travellers must NOT clear immigration/customs (on transit means those who are travelling to another country via Singapore, without clearing Singapore arrival immigration). If you clear immigration/customs, airport immigration will not allow you to re-enter the transit area until your airline counter opens before departure. Departing passengers from city to note that most airline counters open only 3 hrs before departure. As such, you are not allowed access into the Transit area earlier, unless early check-in is available with your airline. If in doubt on arrival, please approach our 24-hour front desk for advice about luggage collection, onward boarding pass or about re-entering the transit area.

“Wonderful transit hotel.”
Comfortable, clean facilities. Spacious wait area, reasonable buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff - both at front and breakfast area. Small fitness facility and adjoining pool. Great for transit, and can use transfer desks so don’t need to leave the departure area.

“Perfect location for a rest during transit”
The room was very large and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We were in our room within 15 minutes of landing. Room sound proofing was excellent, you could barely hear the planes.

Very convenient for a long layover in Changi. Rooms are comfortable and the included meal (buffet breakfast or a meal selection from a short list) is okay. Check-in is quick and it's nice to have the use of the pool.

Conveniently located inside the airport. Nice to have a shower and laydown during the stopover. The room didn't have an ensuite (as advertised) but there are several ensuite/ shower rooms at the end of the hall.

“Nice but expensive”
Easy check-in and the friendly staff. It was close to the airport restaurants and shops in the transit area. The room was small but clean, modern and comfortable. It also had a good view of the planes parked outside. It had most of what one needed for a good rest for a long layover between flights.
