Very clean, cleaned every day, new towels every second day. The host is very nice and friendly.

Hotel is located in city center, right outside there are restaurants for the dinner and boulangeries for breakfast. City itself is really nice and located in the middle of the island so with the car you can get to beaches or mountains within 50 minutes. The room was spacious and cozy, we really loved staying there.

The location is great and our host Catiana was fabulous. The place is quiet and lovely inside with a super little terrace outside to sit and watch the world go by.

Catiana was very kind and made me feel home at Son Cleda. The hotel is situated on a nice spot in the centre of town. I would recommend this place highly, esprcially if you would like to visit the rest of the island. It is situated in the middle of the island, which is very positive

“Comfortable Boutique Hotel.”

Located in centre of town, with on-street (free)parking nearby. Welcoming host, clean and spacious room, with air-con. Historic property but thankfully has an elevator to reach the higher floors. Breakfast with a selection of sweet and savoury was served outside on the ground floor balcony. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe/bars within easy walking distance. (Special mention to the Restaurant Antic Cellar San Torreo a 100 meters from the hotel where we enjoyed the best steak and chicken cooked on the parrilla.)

Sineu is beautiful small town. Is quiet and people are nice. Staff in hotel was super nice and friendly. Some evening there is an evening market. Is perfect.

The room was impeccably clean and tidy. The air-conditioning ( which is essential) worked well. The house is an interesting historical building with a wonderful staircase. The hotel is quiet and there is no bar or cafe.

Very central, good location, nice looking building. Beds are fine and the room is spacious. Air-conditioning is efficient.

“Nice, small hotel in the center of Sineu - perfect location for exploring the island!”

Nice, small hotel directly between the market of Sineu and the old town. Despite the central position, parking is very easy in the market place in front of the hotel. Several good restaurants are within 500m. Rental car is highly recommended - with own car it's the perfect location for exploring the whole island! The room and bath is spacious and very clean with air conditioning and fridge. Good breakfast is served on the terasse. Good and uncomplicated communication with the owner, who is very friendly and helpful.

The property is very clean and tidy with a lovely and helpful staff. Very quiet place with good public transport connection to more iconic places on the island.

We spent three nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The town in which the hotel is located is also very nice and with its central location perfect to explore the island by car. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing stay!!!!! Higly recommend it! The house is so beautiful, the rooms are very big and exceptionally clean, the cleaning service was outstanding! They cleaned our room every day and i couldn t thank them more! The bed is so big and comfortable and the house is located very central in the tiny cute city of Sineu! We loved it and we warmly recommend this accomodation for a nice holiday in Mallorca! P.s: the host was very nice!
