We really liked the central location, the stores and the beach near by. Also the clean, large and equipped apartment aswell as the nice owner, Peter. He explained everything very well and he was very understanding at checking in and out.

The owner was extremely rude and unpleasant from the very beginning. As soon as he walked in, he aggressively accused us of missing a fourth pillow in the living room, only to later find out after making a call that nothing was missing at all. This set a very negative tone. The distance to the sea is much longer than advertised in the listing, which feels misleading. On top of that, there is no proper parking — it is stated that public street parking is available, but in reality, finding a spot is nearly impossible. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing and uncomfortable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

“Good location. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Definitely worth it.”
Good location, ten minute walk to the beach. Split city center is easily accessible due to Ubers being relatively cheap. Small supermarket right next to the apartment which has food and drinks suitable for breakfast and lunch. Around a 30 minute walk to the nearest Lidl where you can buy cheap meat etc. Host is very nice and welcoming, quick to help too. Very easy to reach.

Apartment was very good. Spacious for my while family to be conforable enough. We had everything to coock, make bbq, etc… very clean. And anytime needed the super host was ready to help in no time.
