Nice and cozy to spend a night. Clean. We had all the information we needed to access to our room.

Seamless check in, shared kitchen with a fridge, comfortable beds and blankets.

“Disappointing, would not stay at this property again...”

Biggest plus point was that my room/en suite was clean, so all credit to those staff responsible for this. The SMART TV worked so I could access Netflix, the Wi-Fi in my room (7) worked fine. The public kitchenette area was adequate for basic preparation of food, tea and coffee was provided FOC.

Very nice and clean, well organized and supplied. The bed was comfy, the room was big enough and it was quiet. The common kitchen had a lot of space in the refrigerators, well labelled and there was a dishwasher so we didn't have to wash dishes by hand.

Nicely rebuilt hotel. Very quiet area although next to the station .

“I advise everyone to sleep in the car at night, but don't choose this place.”

I paid 103 pounds for a room, which was 20 pounds too much for that room because it was very dirty and the room smelled bad, it had no facilities and the bed and mattress were very, very bad, even instead of a pillow, they put a small cushion that my wife and me, We couldn't sleep and we had neck pain, there was nothing in the room, for example, a refrigerator, water, a kettle to make boiling water, or tea and coffee...

Very light and quality of the room is good,and decorations very nice,service answers very fast.

The problem was the train to close to the hotel too much noise.

economical, close to ferry port, clean. however it is un-manned so all key codes. there was no one in the building when I arrived - very spooky, but fine. there was no breakfast but do-it-yourself coffee in a kitchen.
