A very comfortable large bed, clean linens, air conditioning, and panoramic windows with a beautiful view. There is a nice outdoor seating area with sofas and a large table. A pleasant bonus is the opportunity to cook your own barbecue (meat and a grill with ready coals are provided). There is also a shop nearby. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff — they really try to assist even beyond their duties. Another big plus is that pets are allowed. Overall, the place has good potential, but it could offer more comfort and better value for the price.

The staff was very helpful and warm. The sunset views are pretty. The pony ride was fun for kids. The barbecue food set up was excellent. The outdoor cinema is a fun experience.

We had booked the villa in this place for 2 nights. Everything was perfect including a lovely barbecue which was provided by the resort and the location which was along the Oman border overlooking the Hajjar mountains with scenic and beautiful views. Our room had a technical issue of lack of hot water supply. The team was very responsive and Mr Mohamed Nasr, manager of the property himself came to try and solve the problem in the night. Unfortunately the on site team could not solve the issue immediately. As a result of this we unfortunately had to checkout earlier than our scheduled stay after only one night. However Mr Nasr fully refunded my entire booking fee for 2 nights despite us staying there for one night and enjoying all the on site amenities. This genuine gesture was very kind of him and shows that the management is fully committed and involved hands on in the day to day running of the resort. I will not hesitate to book the same property again in the future. Once again my sincere thanks to MR MOHAMED NASR and his team.

“Definately worth the experience in the middle of nowhere.”

Absolutely amazing experience. Our villa was more than awesome. It was comfortable and had all the luxuries taking into account this is a camp site. The jacuzzi at the Villa made a huge difference as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The braai in the evening where they bring your braai stand to you and your meat to braai on your own is a brilliant idea. The area where breakfast is served is so cool as its on top of a little hill with great views. Well done "The Out".

“Not good at all, very disappointing”

They kept trying to make us pay a 100 AED for the bathroom And he suggested i add my credit card details on a link he sent me so i can pay him Even tho we booked a big tent with mountain view Which they had only 2 options with nothing mentioned about bathrooms the manager said it was a mistake he made that he didnt add it on the app and that we should pay him, they kept harassing us for the payment, and one staff member came without asking permission and entered our bathroom then took photos of it

The team at The Out Out were accommodating and friendly. They made our stay very comfortable. A true camping experience without needing to worry about the equipment or food on your own. Highly reccomend.
