“Peaceful and calm place to stay.”

It is a nice property at a great location, about 10 minutes of walk from the center of Simrishamn. We were given the code before we arrived and the keys were there in the room door already. Our stay was good, good parking places in and outside the property. Breakfast was included, although with limited but good options. ICA Supermarket is about 1km, there is a kitchen where you can do some minor cooking. rooms were sunny and light was ample. Best of all, it was in a super peaceful area. no noise or traffic at all.

The room was great, the bed was comfy, shared showers were clean and a great size. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot! The owners left a plate in the fridge for me so that I could eat whenever which was absolutely perfect for me since I had a very early start every day. I'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. Easy self check-in. Clean sheets and towels. Bed was comfy. We stayed in December, so there was on one else but only us. We got full privacy.

“It's a real hemmet.”

Everything was great. The accommodation itself, the furniture, the bathrooms. Everything was clean and you could feel comfortable. There are two terraces and a cosy living room. It supports feeling home. The bed was super comfortable. For breakfast there was freshly made porridge, it was delicious. Our host was very friendly, prepared the breakfast freshly and you can chat with him and get some tips for your stay. I can really recommend the accommodation.

Value for money with clean, comfortable and newly renovated rooms, half ensuite (shower in hall) and basic breakfast. Very easy self check in and check out. Well worth it for the money.

Excellent stay, room was clean and all necessary facilities were providing. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location, close to the train station and the local supermarket, also close to the town centre.

Friendly staff, little but tasty breakfast, clean room, quick contact with the owner, parking on site. Big dining area in the basement where one can cook, eat and store its own food. They even have a laundry. We didn't use it, but saw it.

Small hotel in a central location. Spotlessly clean room with perfect wifi and nice breakfast in the garden. Free car park just outside the entrance. Toilet with WC/basin in the room and shower two meters outside the room.

The room was spacious and cozy. The extra rooms, the tv room and balconies and kitchen and shower, where are in good shape for the price. The breakfast was good, very tasty sour dough bread, but i missed some more things for the sandwich, there was only cheese eggs and veggies. I love the vibe in the house. Feels like home.

Quiet with nice kitchen, lounge, garden area and clean nice rooms with comfortable beds. Well-organised unmanned check in.
